What can co-active coaching do for you?
Co-active Coaching focuses on helping individuals go from where they are, to where they want themselves to be. ... The Client determines the goal and commits to this goal, while allowing the Coach to guide throughout the journey.
What will you get out of it?
You will achieve a new sense of self awareness, you will acknowledge what is stopping you from reaching your full potential and most importantly you will make the changes you need to achieve your goals.
A coaching session is normally 1 hour and can take place in person, or via ZOOM.
